Malta: Amnesty International's concerns regarding the International Criminal Court Act 2002

This commentary describes a number of concerns that Amnesty International has with the International Criminal Court Act (the Act), enacted by Malta in 2002. The commentary provides suggestions for amendment of the Act, in order to allow Malta to fulfil more adequately its obligations in relation to the International Criminal Court (Court), as well as other obligations under international law.
