Yemen can no longer delay taking concrete steps to improve its human rights situation

In this statement, to the 21st session of the UN Human Rights Council, Amnesty International urges the Yemeni authorities to define and implement a clear a human rights agenda for change which should bring an end to impunity, arbitrary arrest, unlawful detention and enforce disappearances, combat torture and other ill-treatment, ensure fair trials, and end the use of the death penalty.
