This document has been prepared by Amnesty International, Anti-Slavery International, Clean Clothes Campaign, European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, European Coalition for Corporate Justice and International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and to provide recommendations on material scope (human rights) ahead of trilogue discussions on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The recommendations pertain to Article 3(c) – the definition of adverse human rights impact – and Annex I, Part I (Sections 1 and 2).
